About the event
As part of the new Glow Winter Festival in Halls Gap, Danielle from Yoga in Nature and Sheree from Grampians Wellbeing, will be offering a 90 minute Restorative Yoga class to the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls. Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that invites profound REST while the sound healing promotes deep relaxation and inward focus. The long-held postures help nourish the nervous system and nurture the body to restore and renew. So, bring a blanket and yoga props (if you have them) and come along to this very special class.
