About the event
Power Hour - focus: Bridal Creeper
After a quiet period over Winter hibernating during the shorter daylight months of the year, we will resume our "Power Hours" next week with a working bee to manually remove Bridal Creeper (Asparagus asparagoides), a Weed of National Significance. Let's work together to prevent its spread into the National Park.
There are multiple hotspots present along the first 400m of the Barri Yalug/Fyans Creek walking track from Delleys Bridge.
Bring gloves, hand digging tools (eg. small mattock, trowel) and garbage bags.
Meet at 4:45pm at Delleys Bridge. If you arrive later, find us along the walking track.
