General Yoga Class in Pomonal

Hatha yoga classes are a slower-paced practice where poses (asana) are mindfully approached and held depending on the focus of the class, the time of day or the season. A class will often include breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation. You will get the time and space to become familiar with yoga poses but it can still be challenging too! I will offer options to suit all levels. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up, BYO Yoga Mat, water bottle, clothing layers inc socks and a blanket. $20 or $15 local/concession. Payment via - online or Credit Card (1.6% card fee), cash or PayID. Sorry no refunds for no show.
